Design packages

You can cancel and get a full refund before our team starts your design. Once the design work has started or the design is delivered, no refund is given, but revisions are included as per your package.

Make it Real photos

Full refund if we cannot deliver your photo. After delivery, no refund.

Subscription plans

You can cancel any time. The plan stays active till the end of the paid period. No refund for a partly used period.

Execution work

Advance, cancellation and refund terms are written in the quotation you sign before work starts.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. To ask for a refund, email us with your order details.
